State Grants
State catalogs of assistance (e.g., Illinois) may exist that are modeled after the Federal CFDA.

Philanthrophic Grants
The Foundation Center maintains a database of grants.

Payments in Lieu of Taxes (PILOTs)
Lincoln Institute of Land Policy study on PILOTs.

Corporate Contributions

Enterprise Revenues

The Outdoor Advertising Association provides information on outdoor ads (buses, transit stations, billboards, etc.) commonly used by municipalities to generate revenue. Blue Line Media handles ads in more than 300 cities.
